They hold me accountable and responsible for training and eating right, introducing new exercises and regimens to target different muscle groups to ensure continuous improvement that can be monitored.

How was their solution unique?

They change up the routine on a semi-regular basis as they introduce exercises that target specific muscle groups as well as core muscles to make the best out of training, in addition to providing lifestyle and nutrition tips.

What did you particularly like about their approach or delivery? 

Their approach is very goal oriented and created to suit the capabilities of the athlete, they tend to explain each exercise, its benefits, and the form required to obtain results which makes focusing on executing the exercise in the right way easier as the methods used are to acquire optimal results.

How would you summarize the experience as a whole?

My experience has been a rather pleasant one as they continuously push me to improve and actually come to the gym which has benefited my physical and mental health greatly.

Would you recommend this to others if so who?

Yes, I would recommend this trainer to athletes of all levels looking to improve both their strength and physique or lose weight, however, they also have to be committed as the trainer will expect that from them.
