Tariq's approach is completely unorthodox and sophisticated. He’s strict when it comes to having a proper form during your workout but lenient when it comes to your capabilities to avoid any potential injuries. He creates different matrix training programs that are required for your body type. His level of motivation and determination for you to evolve is genuine.

How did they solve your problem?

I feel healthier and stronger on daily basis, iv managed to see results instantly. My time management has gotten better and I no longer suffer from neck and lower back pain due to long office hours.

His approach is different when it comes to the typical training plans you find in any gym. He spots you on every exercise and ensures proper form and growth. He pushes you to the limit and makes sure you exceed your potential every week.

He is consistent and does not lose focus on what his clients want to achieve, He keeps track of all your weekly progress and sets new goals/ targets for you to achieve
