We set a goal and started working regularly to achieve the goal. The trainer calculated my nutritional requirements and planned for my sets of workouts every session.

Unlike some other trainers, this trainer focuses on you as a whole, He makes sure you are in the right position to achieve your goal by guiding you at the gym and watching over what you eat.

What did you particularly like about their approach or delivery? 

I like how organized we are. I feel the steps we are taking/ I feel the progress. The trainer also loves diversity which makes his sessions even more entertaining.

How would you summarize the experience as a whole?

A learning experience.

Would you recommend this to others if so who?

Yes. To people who are new to the gym and know nothing about workouts, and also to people who have body goals but don't know the right path to achieve these goals. (Whether he problem is with workout/diet)
